About the Board
Meetings of the Downtown Development Authority are held quarterly on the 4th Thursday of the month in January, April, July, and October at 12:15 p.m. All meetings are held in Council Chambers in St. Louis City Hall. Downtown Development Authority meetings are open to the public and citizens are encouraged to attend.

Duties
Article V, Sec. 2-192. Powers and duties.
The Saint Louis Downtown Development Authority, established pursuant to Act 197 of the Public Acts of 1975 of the State of Michigan, as from time to time amended, shall have all the powers, duties and authority prescribed in said Act and amendments thereto.
