TO ALL PROPERTY OWNERS WITHIN 300 FEET OF

520 OLIVE STREET

SAINT LOUIS, MICHIGAN

The St. Louis Planning Commission will hold a Public Hearing on July 9, 2025, at 5:30 p.m. to consider a Special Use Permit for the conversion of the former church property located at 520 Olive Street to an event venue intended to host weddings and other gatherings. St. Louis, Michigan, Parcel Number 53-200-001-00. Those wishing to comment regarding the issuance of the special use permit may do so at a public hearing scheduled for this time.

If you have any comments to make either for or against the proposed matter, please attend the meeting.  If you are unable to attend the meeting you may sent your written comments to : City of St. Louis, City Clerk, Jamie Long, 300 North Mill Street, St. Louis, MI  48880 on or before 4:00 p.m. on July 9th, 2025.
