On Tuesday, April 18, personnel from ETNA Supply will be assisting City utility staff in re-programming the MXU electronic readers on your water meters.

City personnel have addressed many of the meters over the past weeks.  ETNA has offered to assist the City in finishing those meters still to be re-programmed.

All re-programming performed by ETNA personnel will occur outside of your residence/facility.  If your unit requires a representative to access your home, City personnel will perform that work after coordinating access with you.

ETNA will be utilizing their own vehicles but will have City-issued ID.
